Look down O Lord upon Your servants failing
from bodily weakness and refresh their souls which you
have created that being bettered by Your chastisements
they may presently feel themselves saved by Your pity.

Grant O Lord we beseech You that we Your servants
may enjoy continual health of body and soul through the
glorious intercession of the Blessed Mary ever Virgin be
freed from our present sorrow and enjoy Eternal
gladness through Christ our Lord. Amen

The Lord Jesus Christ be with us to defend us;
within us to preserve us; before us to lead us;
behind us to Guide us; above us to bless us;

Who with the Father and the Holy Spirit lives and reigns
forever and ever Amen. The blessing of Almighty God the
Father, and Son and Holy Spirit descend upon us and
remain with us always. Amen
